Ben Park is Chief Technology Officer at TQA, a specialist consultancy helping enterprises harness automation, AI, and emerging “agentic” technologies to transform how work gets done. In his role, Ben shapes TQA’s technology strategy, leads the firm’s innovation agenda, and works closely with clients around the world to design and scale intelligent automation platforms, AI agents, and conversational business applications that deliver measurable business outcomes.

With more than three decades of experience in technology and IT services, Ben has built and led high-performing teams across product innovation, AI, service management and digital transformation. Before joining TQA, he held several leadership roles at Sopra Steria, including Director of Artificial Intelligence and Principal Value Propositions Lead, where he was responsible for building new AI capabilities and taking data-driven digital services to market.

Ben is a regular speaker and commentator on the future of work, generative AI and agentic automation, and has contributed to industry content on topics such as conversational business applications and the blend of human and machine in modern customer and employee experiences. He is particularly passionate about helping organisations move beyond experiments to build robust, scalable AI and automation ecosystems that are secure, governed, and aligned to real business value.

Shabbir was building “agentic AI” long before the term entered the industry lexicon. As a key architect of TQA’s agentic future, he specializes in turning AI from a buzzword into measurable business results. With over 25 years of experience, Shabbir is that rare technologist who can audit code in the morning and lead a boardroom strategy session in the afternoon.

His philosophy is clear: AI isn’t about automation for its own sake; it’s about elevating human potential. This focus on “purposeful innovation” has allowed him to build dozens of AI Automation Centers of Excellence (CoE) from scratch, scaling solutions to over 70,000 users across the Fortune 500 and delivering more than $1B in client savings and growth.

A patent holder and frequent keynote speaker, Shabbir holds a Triple Major in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Physics, an MBA from SMU Cox, and is MIT-certified in Agentic AI.

When he isn’t re-architecting enterprise ecosystems, he is likely indulging in a sci-fi marathon, exploring global cuisines, or fine-tuning his fully automated home.

Saqib ensures TQA is strategically positioned to address clients’ most critical business challenges using agentic AI, Digital Experience and other emerging technologies. His focus is on delivering powerful, scalable, and highly adoptable solutions for clients, partners, and broader audiences.

He holds a degree in Computer Science and has completed multiple leadership development programs. Outside of work, he is actively involved in volunteer initiatives, including mentoring youth.
