TQA began with a clear purpose: to deliver technology that works in real operations for real business challenges. That focus has not changed.

From our roots as a leading intelligent automation consultancy, we now concentrate on agentic AI, helping organizations redesign how work gets done and build lasting competitive advantage.

2025

2025 was defined by increased scale and new partnerships. We delivered thousands of technology solutions across enterprise environments and grew to a team of 200+ practitioners, including consultants, solution architects, and developers. During the year we launched our Agentic AI transformation framework, partnered with Microsoft, ServiceNow, and Databricks, and retained UiPath Diamond and attained UiPath Fast Track Partner status, alongside raising $15m in growth capital from Trinity Capital Inc.

2024

In 2024, we expanded beyond automation by launching data and artificial intelligence practices. We unified by rebranding Tquila Automation and Element Blue as TQA, and were named UiPath Americas Industry Solutions Partner of the Year, with specific recognition for our work in healthcare and life sciences. We also opened our Manila Delivery Center to extend our 24/7/365 managed services practice.

2023

2023 was another year of expansion. We raised $20m in a Series A led by Delta-v Capital, with participation from Tquila and Momentum Partners, and strengthened our healthcare focus through the acquisition of Element Blue. As delivery scaled, we grew to a team of 100+ UiPath experts supporting enterprise programs.

2022

In 2022, we completed a pre-seed investment round with Delta-v Capital, strengthening the foundations for TQA’s next stage of growth. We invested in expanding delivery capability and formalizing how we take automation from idea through implementation in complex enterprise environments. This work set the stage for broader scale in the years that followed.

2021

2021 marked a strong year of growth. We opened our Austin, Texas office and moved our headquarters there, while expanding rapidly across Europe and North America. As our presence grew, we rebranded Tquila Automation and were recognized as UiPath European Industry Partner of the Year.

2020

TQA was founded as Tquila Automation by Tom Abbott and Richard Denton, with backing from Tquila Ventures. Our early focus was on robotic process automation and intelligent automation, and we established our delivery footprint quickly by opening our London headquarters alongside delivery centers in Cardiff and Bucharest. During this first year, we also secured foundational UiPath accreditation to support enterprise delivery.

A dynamic leader in the agentic AI space, Tom Abbott is the Founder, Chief Revenue Officer, and Executive Board Member of TQA.

Since founding TQA in 2020, Tom has scaled the company from a bootstrapped startup into a high-growth leader in agentic AI and automation services. With over a decade in technology services, he excels at building channel relationships to drive go-to-market growth.

Tom helps enterprises deploy autonomous AI agents to eliminate repetitive work and achieve transformative outcomes across industries such as healthcare, life sciences, and finance.

Under his leadership, TQA secured $20m in Series A financing (2023) and subsequent growth funding (2025). TQA expanded internationally with new delivery centers and drove innovation for major clients, including British Airways, Texas Children’s Hospital, Premier Foods, Liberty Global, and others.

Ben Park is Chief Technology Officer at TQA, a specialist consultancy helping enterprises harness automation, AI, and emerging “agentic” technologies to transform how work gets done. In his role, Ben shapes TQA’s technology strategy, leads the firm’s innovation agenda, and works closely with clients around the world to design and scale intelligent automation platforms, AI agents, and conversational business applications that deliver measurable business outcomes.

With more than three decades of experience in technology and IT services, Ben has built and led high-performing teams across product innovation, AI, service management and digital transformation. Before joining TQA, he held several leadership roles at Sopra Steria, including Director of Artificial Intelligence and Principal Value Propositions Lead, where he was responsible for building new AI capabilities and taking data-driven digital services to market.

Ben is a regular speaker and commentator on the future of work, generative AI and agentic automation, and has contributed to industry content on topics such as conversational business applications and the blend of human and machine in modern customer and employee experiences. Steven has spent over 25 years in software consulting and product development, with a leadership background rooted in his experience as a business owner and entrepreneur. His expertise focuses on selling and managing enterprise software delivery, with a specialization in cloud-based technologies, web application architecture, and SaaS.

Edison currently serves as the Country Manager for TQA’s Philippines Delivery Center, where he leads strategic growth and operational development in the Philippines, including delivering solutions and services to support global clients with intelligent automation needs.

Before joining TQA, Edison gained extensive experience in offshore delivery and leadership in technology services. He is noted for successfully growing large offshore teams — including over 300 developers and technologists — in prior roles at major IT services firms.

As Country Manager for the Philippines, his focus is on enabling client success by turning technology strategy into measurable business outcomes. He believes automation and AI only create value when they are pragmatic, well-governed, and delivered by empowered, accountable teams. His primary goal is to position the Philippines as a trusted strategic hub for high-quality, outcome-driven technology delivery.

Colleagues and peers recognize him for his strong leadership and team-building capabilities, as he was able to successfully position the Philippines as a key capability hub within TQA’s global operations — a significant expansion of the company’s service footprint under his leadership.
